Same Day Dispatch

All orders placed and paid for before 1pm will be dispatched same day wherever possible.  If there is going to be a delay of more than 24 hours we will advise you, typically by email.


At MyLollies we fully back all of our products and as such we offer an unconditional returns policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, or feel that it is not as described, simply contact us and we will organise a reply paid service to return your parcel.  Once we receive this we will refund the item in question within 2 business days of receiving the return. The refund will be done via the same method that you originally paid for the goods.

Free Gift Promo

The free gift promo applies to all orders that have over $20.  As our Mini Bags, Customised and Promo categories are already at the best possible price these are unfortunately not included in this deal.  The free gift will change from time to time, without notice, but will always be a minimum RRP of $2.

Products out of stock

We do our best to ensure all products on the website are in stock but this will not always be the case.  If the out of stock product is a relatively small change, eg. you ordered 550g Musk Sticks but we only have 180g Musk Sticks in stock we will simply swap it over and mark the change on your invoice.  You will always receive goods to a higher value than you initially ordered.  If the change is more major, our general rule of thumb is more than 20% of your order or more than 2 different products, we will contact you to find out what you would like to do.

Heat damage

We ship all heat sensitive products in a foam shipper designed to protect the product from heat.  However in some cases this may have been insufficient (extreme heat, courier left in sun) and we are more than happy to refund any damaged product, all we require is for you to email a photo of the damaged products.

Privacy Policy

We will never sell your information for any purpose.  The small amount of information that we do collect we will only ever use to try and improve the user experience of the website.  If at any time you would like us to do delete your personal information simply send us an email to lollies@mylollies.com.au and request this.


All pricing is in Australian Dollars and includes Australian GST.  We are an Australian registered company with an ACN, ABN (36 134 681 057) and GST registration.

Incorrect order received

We make every effort to ensure that all products leave exactly as ordered but sometimes mistakes occur.  If you have received an incorrect order please contact us on 1300 899 000 or email lollies@mylollies.com.au and we will work out a solution with you.

Credit Card Security

MyLollies uses both PayPal and NAB Transact to process credit card payments.  Both of these payments are completed off site (at PayPal and NAB respectively) and make full use of their security measures.  None of your credit card details are recorded on our website.
