WA Rail Closure – 18/11 Update

Due to the train derailment outside of Inverleigh on the 11th November we have now been advised by all carriers that unfortunately we are expecting to see a minimum of a 2 week delay to all freight to WA. This derailment has compounded the issues being experienced with extra freight already passing through Vic to WA as a result of the floods in NSW and Qld.

As our product is temperature sensitive we have made the decision to pause all deliveries to WA until this issue has been resolved, unfortunately at this time no carrier has been able to guarantee us that this will be in time for Christmas deliveries.

The only service that we have been advised is still possible is Australia Post Express parcels, which can be very cost prohibitive for a large order, but we have still left as an option at checkout.

We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience, and have searched far and wide for a viable option for our WA customers but have so far not been able to find anything.
