When will my order be dispatched?
All orders placed and paid for by Credit Card or PayPal before 1pm will be dispatched same day. Orders paid by Direct Deposit will be dispatched one to three business days after deposit is made as we need to wait until we receive the payment in our bank account.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Using this freight calculator you can work out not only the cost of delivery but the expected time frame. Simply enter your postcode and the expected weight of your parcel and the calculator will do the rest. Please bear in mind that the Australia Post figures included are estimates, Australia Post will not treat a parcel as lost and agree to let us resend it until a minimum of 10 business days after the expected delivery date. If this is likely to be an issue for you we recommend getting the parcel sent via Toll iPec.
How does the $9.90 Flat Rate Shipping work?
This offer is only available in Victoria, Sydney, Adelaide and Canberra. If you order over $100 worth of goods, (excluding Mini Bags, Customised or Promotional products) you will see that the courier option is at a flat rate of just $9.90! There is no code or anything, if you meet the conditions the system will offer it to you on checkout!
Please note that this deal means you can’t have any products from the Mini Bags, Customised or Promotional categories in your cart as this will automatically disqualify you from the deal.
How does the Free Home Delivery work?
This offer is exclusively available for orders over $30 to postcodes local to our factory: 3175, 3193, 3194, 3195, 3196, 3197, 3198, 3199, 3200, 3201, 3910, 3911, 3912, 3930 and 3977. If you meet the conditions the system will offer it to you on checkout. This delivery option may take 4-5 business days and the parcel must be able to be left at your front door as we will do a contactless delivery.
I received half my order via Australia Post, where is the rest?
Sometimes parcels are separated while on route which causes them to be delivered on different days. Normally the rest of your order will be delivered the next business day.
Why does my freight seems expensive compared to other online orders I have placed?
All freight expenses are calculated by weight, while we offer a terrific rate on freight the reality is that most orders of lollies are far heavier than almost anything ordered online resulting in a higher freight cost.
Can I pick my order up to save money on freight?
You certainly can. Our address is 111-113 Seaford Place, Seaford Vic 3198. We are open for collections from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
Does there need to be someone home to receive my parcel?
Both Australia Post and Toll iPec can leave your parcel if they believe there is somewhere safe to leave it. To assist them with this please include any special instructions in the customer comments section of the checkout page.
I want to organise my own courier, is this possible?
Collections are available 1 business day after the order was placed unless otherwise approved. Our address is 111-113 Seaford Place, Seaford Vic 3198. We are open for collections from 9am to 4pm Monday to Friday, please make sure that you send us all necessary paperwork to complete the dispatch via email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
